Joya is the delicate combination of carefully selected good products and a convivial space for a reimagined trattoria experience. Our moto is to blend traditional Italian cuisine with fresh products, mostly imported from Italy.

As Naples is the birthplace of pizza, our pizzaiolos follow the Neapolitan protocol and know-how.
Therefore, the dough is prepared daily using renowned Italian Petra flour, with a mixture of three different flours, including a whole-wheat one for a minimum leavening of 24 hours to please your taste buds.
